Design Strategy
System design is the process of defining elements of a system to be applied to the building façade considering defined architectural appeal and other technical considerations in terms of standards needing strictly to be followed whilst searching the most flexible and feasible solutions. After receiving concept model and consultant drawings, design and physical models are generated using appropriate computer aided design software programs, aftermath of models shop drawings, schedules, analysis, static analysis and other calculations are simultaneously made, and finally As-Built and fabrication drawings are drawn by means of an appropriate program.

Prototypes are generated using 3D printers to determine early possible errors and enabling our customers see system application on the model
Mockup and Testing
Mockup is a model of a design used for demonstrating enabling customers to evaluate design of the system. After making the mockup in accordance with exact project needs, it is sent to an accredited test lab for the following performance testing.

Engineering Verification

Planning
Planning activities like method of statement and production planning are precisely done by considering every detail. Purchasing, manufacturing methods, storage, installation equipment and transportation (total station, scaffold, crane, tower crane, platforms etc. installation methods) are planned before production takes place in 25.000 m2 CNC machinery park by qualified Aden Metal’s technical team.
Production
Production takes place into a self-sufficient facility of 25.000 sqm closed area in Antalya consisting of 3 separate buildings, by strictly implementing all quality standards to satisfy customer’s needs. All production process is controlled by Aden’s qualified quality control staff considering international standards regardless of the quantity to be manufactured.
Production Drawing
Production drawing is a complete working drawing, representing all precise details of the product regarding size, shape, material, process, tools and equipment enabling workman have fully understanding the assembly process.

Aden Metal takes into account all project requirements before implementing installation on or off site, generating a planning and risk assessment based on the project details, and the method statement specifically made out for the project to be erected. Installation crew being trained by Aden Metal’s supervisors is mostly provided locally, but in case of any additional workmanship needing, Aden Metal has always options to provide required trained personnel.
